On Tuesday, January 10th, 2012 Jogjakarta Plaza Hotel has opened a new Kirana Health Club & Sekar Arum Spa. The new building of Kirana Health Club & Sekar Arum Spa is located beside our tropical garden Langensuko park. New Kirana Health Club & Sekar Arum Spa present the wellness concept which is dedicated to fulfill a need of mind body & soul balancing and it’s completed by new modern facilities.

We provide you with Kinesis, arke, & hydrocardio which are the only one present in Central Java to complete our current facilities such as. Kinesis, Arke, and Hydrocardio increasingly complement existing equipment such as race run (treadmill), steprace, bike race, cross trainer. Those equipments are completed by chesebelt as a transmitter for monitoring heart beat during your exercise. We also have aerobic classes in the morning & afternoon which provide classroom taebo, classic aerobics, body shaping, Body Language, step robic and aeroball class.
